The beautiful and spacious “Villa Era” is located in the urbanization El Roque next to El Cotillo, Fuerteventura, and it is the perfect accommodation for families or big groups that want to spend their holidays together.

The house can be rented as a whole or separately, as it is normally divided into 2 separate houses (Villa Era 1 and Villa Era 2) which can be combined by just opening a door.

In total, Villa Era consists of 2 living rooms (with one sofa bed each), two fully-equipped kitchens with dishwashers, 5 bedrooms (3 with a queensize bed, 2 with 2 single beds each), as well as 4 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 14 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, televisions, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair.

One of the highlights of the property is its charming outdoor area, where you will find 2 generous pools (one is heated) surrounded by sun loungers, 2 barbecues (one for each house) and a covered terrace with a dining area and a lounge area where you can relax with a glass of wine in the evening.

You will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as the closest beach, Playa de los Lagos, in the village El Cotillo, which is just a 5-minute drive away (2km).

The airport of the island can be reached after 41 minutes driving (43.7km). Parking spaces are available on the property. The pool can be heated for an extra fee.
