The beautiful holiday apartment “Apartment 2- Haus Oberzöhr” boasts a very quiet location between meadows and woods in Deutschnofen and impresses guests with its tastefully-decorated interiors as well as with its charming outdoor area. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed, one with a single bed and a bunk bed), as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable television, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). The apartment offers a private terrace with seating furniture and a coffee table, where you can relax with a good book in the morning or a nice glass of wine in the evening while admiring the views over the surrounding landscapes. One of the main attractions of the accommodation is certainly the communal outdoor area with a dinner table, sunbeds and a fantastic view of the Dolomites with the Weisshorn, the Zanggenberg, the Latemar and the unmistakable Catinaccio. Here you can enjoy the sun or have a delicious dinner under the stars. There is also a small spice garden where guests can help themselves. The house is only a 15-minute walk from the centre of the village (1,5 km). Here you will find shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. There is also a neighbouring farm, the Zöhrenhof, where children can discover everyday life on a farm and where you can also buy fresh milk and eggs. If you come here in summer, you can enjoy the 200 km of marked hiking trails and paths, which are ideal for hiking and cycling enthusiasts. There are also many sports facilities nearby, such as tennis courts, mini-golf courses, football pitches and riding stables. In winter, the idyllically situated villages at the foot of the Eggental mountains are ideal starting points for cross-country skiing. The Wölfl-Loipe, one of the most beautiful cross-country ski runs in Deutschnofen (Nova Ponente), is just a few minutes away. There are also 100 km of perfectly prepared cross-country ski tracks through the enchanting winter landscape of the Eggen Valley and the Fleims Valley. Besides skiing, you can also practise other winter sports such as telemark and snowboarding, and you will also find a toboggan run and natural ice rinks.
