The charming holiday home “Balcón Botánico” is located in Tiagua, a small village in the charming island Lanzarote, and it impresses guests with its elegant interiors, as well as with its shared outdoor area. The 50m2 house consists of a light-flooded living room area, a well-equipped kitchen, a sleeping space with a double bed, as well as 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. The absolute highlight of the house is its beautiful shared outdoor area with views over the mountains. Here you will find terraces with sitting areas where you can relax with a good book, as well as a pool area where guests can swim and cool off on warm summer days. The closest restaurant is just 160m away (2 minutes walking), and the closest supermarket is just 6 minutes walking from the property (400m). The closest sandy beach, Playa del Reducto, is just 16 minutes driving away, in Arrecife (15.3km). Guests can also go on a day trip to “Los Volcanes National Park” (11.2km; a 14-minute drive) or visit the “Jameos del Agua” natural and cultural space with beautiful caves, a restaurant and a museum (37.1 km; 35 minutes driving). Also, the airport of the island is conveniently located just 15km or a 17-minute drive from the property.
