The holiday home “Villetta Bianca” is located in Porto San Paolo and offers a beautiful outdoor area. The modernly decorated house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning (for an extra fee), heating and a washing machine. The apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a covered and open terrace. The dining table outside invites you to enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones under the evening sun. The shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a children's pool and sun loungers, is also available for your use.

Due to its central location, restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot in 2-5 minutes and the nearest supermarket is just around the corner, a 2-minute walk away (150 m). Porto San Paolo beach as well as the marina can be reached on foot in approximately 15 minutes. Furthermore, Olbia airport is a 22-minute drive away (16 km).

Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee. Pets are allowed upon request and for an extra fee. The deposit will be refunded if the rubbish has been correctly separated during the stay.
The electricity cost is related to the consumption of the air conditioning.
