Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine and a television. The outdoor area boasts a private covered terrace with seating furniture, as well as a communal garden area with a stone barbecue, where you can spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty dinners. After 5-6 minutes on foot (500 m) to the town centre, you will find supermarkets, a pharmacy, cafés and restaurants. The nearest sandy beach, Spiaggia di Porto Pino, is located 8.2 km or a 15-minute drive from the apartment and stretches over 4 km along.
