The cosy and well-furnished apartment “Santner Villa Erna” is situated in a quiet part of Seis (Siusi), a charming village in South Tyrol’s scenic landscape near Castelrotto (Kastelruth) and close to Bolzano (Bozen) and is an ideal starting point to explore the many hiking, cycling and skiing possibilities.The 58 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and cable/satellite television.
A baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair can be provided on request.
The private outdoor area boasts a balcony with great views of the mountains, including the “Schlern”, as well as a sun terrace with seating furniture, where you can have breakfast in the morning or spend the evenings with a glass of wine while looking over the surrounding mountains.
Within 2-3 minutes on foot (150-250 m) you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, shops, a pharmacy, cafés as well as restaurants.
A ski shuttle bus is also only 200 m from the property.
A cable car taking you to the Sellaronda skiing area is only a 2-minute drive (700 m) away, and the beautiful Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi) is in the immediate vicinity.
A 30-minute drive (24 km) from Seis (Siusi), South Tyrol’s lovely capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) invites you to stroll about the piazzas and enjoy its wonderful atmosphere.
The spa town of Merano (Meran) is located a one-hour drive (55 km) away.
Two parking spaces are available on the garage of the property.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

With the guest card you are mobile and discover the vacation region Alpe di Siusi and South Tyrol by bus and train.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die uns über alle Gegebenheiten ausführlich informiert hat. Die Ferienunterkunft war mit allen erforderlichen Gegenständen ( Kaffeemaschine, dev. Haushaltsutensilien etc. ) ausgestattet. Wir können diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
