Located inland with a splendid mountain view, Gregal is situated on a farm with four other properties. The property has only been built recently and perfectly blends the modern with the traditional on a spacious farm estate. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a satellite television and a highchair (on request). The washing machine is located in a shared laundry area. Outside, there is a private covered terrace and grill, along with a shared outdoor area which boasts an open terrace, a pool and garden. The nearest supermarket is located in the nearby town of Llucmajor, which is 10 minutes (8km) by car. The nearest sandy beach (Platja des Trenc) is located 20 minutes (20km) drive away, though nearer to the apartment there is a stony beach with breathtaking cliffs at S'Estanyol de Migjorn (10 mins / 8km). The nearest airport is in Palma, which is 17 minutes (25km) away.
