The cosy apartment “Seenahe gemütliche Ferienwohnung” is situated in a quiet residential area of Riederau, only a few metres from the shore of the beautiful lake Ammersee. The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, toys and books for children, as well as satellite television with Netflix. A baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair are available on request. The private outdoor area boasts a lush garden with sunbeds as well as a balcony with seating furniture, where you can start the day with breakfast or spend the evening with tasty dinners from the barbecue.
A supermarket and a restaurant can be found within 550 m or a 7-minute walk from the property, and you can walk to the beach in 9 minutes (750 m). There you can relax on the sunbathing lawn, play volleyball or table tennis and swim in the lake’s clear blue water. From there, you can also take ships to Herrsching, on the opposite shore. Herrsching is a great starting point for hikes to the famous monastery “Kloster Andechs”. Furthermore, Munich can be visited after a 50-minute drive (50 km).

Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Small pets may be allowed on request. 3 bikes are available on request.

A ramp or stairs to the front door are available.

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible on request.
