Amidst vineyards, house Immenhof awaits you with apartment Etschtal in Tirolo (Dorf Tirol). The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is 50m² in size. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV and a hairdryer. A baby crib, a children's bed and a highchair can be added on request. A furnished balcony, where you can read a book in peace or just enjoy the view, is also part of the apartment. The shared outdoor area of the house awaits you with a Mediterranean sunbathing lawn, a solar-heated pool and a panoramic terrace, which offers you a fantastic view over the Merano countryside, the Adige Valley and the Texel Group. Via the picturesque Tappeinerweg, the center of Merano (Meran) with numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities can be reached in a short walking time - so the car can often be left in the garage. The Merano region is the ideal vacation region for active vacationers, pleasure hikers and culturally interested South Tyrolean travelers. You can hike up to the most stately mountain peaks, cruise through the river valleys on a mountain bike, go rafting or visit the high ropes course on the Taser Alm (14.7km). Other worthwhile excursion destinations in the region include Tyrol Castle (3.5km), the castle in Schenna (4.3km), the fantastic gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle (3.3km) or the modern Merano Thermal Baths (2km). In winter you have an excellent skiing area, the Merano 2000, nearby (6 km).

Parking spaces are available on the property. For your car there is also a garage available. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A barbecue is available upon request, pets are allowed for an additional fee and if requested in advance. There is a room for cleaning bicycles and charging e-bikes.
