This spacious 300 m² holiday home is in Pollensa, a small town in northern Mallorca, in Spain's sunny Balearic Islands.
Fully equipped for a comfortable stay, it has very spacious rooms, especially the living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (one outdoors), accommodating up to 8 guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, satellite TV, a DVD player, air conditioning in all rooms and a washing machine.
The home is suitable for families with children, with a cot and high chair available on request.

The house is in a quiet area near the historic Roman bridge and within walking distance of the town centre, with its wide range of restaurants, bars and cafés. The villa is close to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Serra de Tramuntana, offering excellent opportunities for outdoor activities.
Spectacular beaches such as Platja de Cala Barques are just an 8-minute drive (5.5 km) away, while Alcudia beach is 20 minutes (13 km) away.
The area offers excellent hiking trails, including the Camí Boquer. Outdoor pool: 4.5 × 3 m, 1.5 m deep.
