A charming country house located on a sunny hillside above the town of Soller, Can Bac offers a peaceful retreat with beautiful views.
The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, one bedroom, one bathroom, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 2 people.
Additional amenities include a television, as well as a cot and highchair available upon request.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden and a spacious terrace with both open and covered areas, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors.
A grill is also provided for outdoor cooking.
From the terrace, you have a fantastic view over Soller and the surrounding countryside.
The nearest supermarket is located in the town of Soller, a 20-minute walk (1.3 km) down the hill.
Soller also offers a large selection of restaurants and cafés.
The nearest beach, Platja den Repic in Port de Soller, is a 12-minute drive (5 km) away.
Palma de Mallorca Airport is accessible by car in about 40 minutes (35 km).
The house features private parking and a large water tank (12 meters x 7 meters wide and 3 meters deep), which is used to water the orange and lemon trees on the finca.
The water is changed regularly and contains fish, insects, and plants.
Guests are welcome to swim in the tank.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Late check-in after 9 pm is available for an extra fee.
Pets are not allowed.

Linen, bath towels, and toilet paper are supplied on arrival, along with other basic amenities.

Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht und noch mehr ( komplette Küchenausstattung, viel verschiedenes Geschirr, Gläser, Tischdecken, Kerzen usw.) Der Check-In erfolgt selbstständig. Die Betreuung durch Mats von Mallorca Born Properties war bestens. Er war sofort zur Stelle, als es mir mal nicht gut ging. Die Lage hoch über Soller ist prima ( ein Logenplatz...) ...
...hat aber auch Schattenseiten: die Zufahrt ist schwierig und sehr kurvig und steil, ein kurzes Stück auch über einen Wanderweg. Ein kleines Auto ist Pflicht und unbedingt notwendig.
Auf der Straße von Soller hoffte man immer, das keiner entgegenkommt.
Es sind auch viele Wanderer dort unterwegs. Für Wanderer: das Haus liegt direkt am GR221 nach Fornalutx
