The 50m² vacation home is located in Porto San Paolo, a northern port city on the Mediterranean Sea on Italy's sunny island of Sardinia. The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The home features air conditioning, satellite television and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are provided (upon request). Guests can enjoy the furnished garden and the covered terrace, both private features. The home is just a 5 to 7 minute drive (2 to 4 km) from the beautiful Spiaggia Pizzichina Corallina and the San Paolo beaches. The home is just a 17 minute (14 km) drive by car from the Parco Fausto Noce, a lush, green 18-hector park in nearby Olbia where guests can picnic on lawns or jog, play soccer, or tennis in a relaxed atmosphere. Guests can also experience the natural beauty of the coastal area in the Spiaggia Privata con Fanghi hiking area just a 12 minute (7 km) drive from the home. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the enchanting Golf Club Puntaldia overlooking the ocean, just a 16 minute (12.5 km) drive by car in nearby San Teodoro. The Porto San Paolo area currently has 16 cycling routes that wind through its exquisite coastal and mountainous landscape. Olbia Airport is a 15 minute (12 km) drive by car from the home.
