Estar próximo de tudo. A marginal era logo ali e tinhamos próximo bastantes restaurantes, cafés e até supermercados.
É pena a piscina ser ainda um bocado a pé, mas era de fácil acesso. O facto de embora estivessemos num 10º andar, o barulho da rua era demasiado evidente. Talvez fosse bom o proprietário investir em mudar as janelas para haver um melhor isolamento. Não gostei de não me avisarem que teria serviço de ...

A localização da casa, o sossego do prédio, a limpeza de 2 em 2 dias e piscinas.
Casa bastante quente e com Ar condicionado da sala avariado.
Dirigi-me à empresa que geria o apartamento a informar a avaria, que já estava quando entrei, e o interesse no que eu estava a dizer foi pouco ou nenhum. Tanto que o tempo que estive no apartamento ninguém lá foi por causa do Ar condiciona...
