Centrally located, there are a variety of bars, restaurants and stores within a 1 to 4 minute walk (80m to 350m). Portimão's famous beach, Praia da Rocha, which means "rocky beach" in Portuguese, is spectacular and offers visitors plenty of sun and water activities. This beach is 10 minutes (2.7 km) by car or a 34-minute walk from the property, while the beautiful Praia dos Tres Castelos beach, which literally means "three castles," is 9 minutes by car (4.3 km) because of the three large rocks that jut out of the water. Faro airport is 50 minutes (70 km) away by car.
