In the beautiful holiday complex of Marina de la Alcaidesa, you will find this 3-bedroom penthouse with a fantastic view of the sea, links golf course, beach, Gibraltar, and Morocco.
The holiday home consists of a large living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people.
The equipment also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, and many other home comforts. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.
All beds have high-quality mattresses to ensure the best comfort.
An additional single bed can be provided upon request. The private outdoor area features a large balcony, an open terrace, a dining area, and a comfortable outdoor lounge area with wicker-style sofa, chairs, and tables.
The gardens and 4 pool areas of the well-kept complex are shared with other guests. There are several restaurants, bars, and a mini supermarket within 1 or 2 km. Another highlight of the accommodation is the proximity to the beach of La Alcaidesa, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot (500 m). The Wi-Fi connection is suitable for mobile working and video calls.

Pros: We absolutely loved the place! It was just perfect for our family! We enjoyed everything...the location, the views, and the amenities offered!

Pros: very nice apartment, swimming pools and garden first class.
an excellent starting point for excursions and sightseeing in Andalucia.

Pros: Ich war mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden, insbesondere die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Allerdings ist ein Auto unbedingt notwendig, da es vor Ort (zumindest im Winter) keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt.
