Scorpion House is a truly unique property where architecture and nature blend in an authentic, spectacular way. Located in Porto Rafael, just steps from the main square and overlooking Sardinia’s crystal-clear sea, this 300 m² villa offers a rare living experience: dwelling within the rock, without sacrificing comfort or elegance.
The heart of the house is the dramatic presence of natural granite rocks, perfectly integrated into the interior spaces.
These are not mere decorative elements, but structural features that make each room one of a kind.
The organic shapes of the stone flow through the living area, bedrooms, and especially the bathrooms, creating evocative and intimate atmospheres.
In one bathroom, the bathtub is literally set into the rock, turning a daily ritual into a sensory, almost primal, experience. The interiors are bright and refined, featuring light tones, artisanal ceramics, and Mediterranean details that harmonize with the stone’s texture.
The living room unfolds over several gentle levels, following the natural lines of the house, while the kitchen is fully equipped and designed for convivial moments in total comfort. The villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, ideal for up to eight guests, ensuring privacy and well-distributed spaces.
Some bedrooms have direct access to the outdoors and views of the surrounding landscape. Outside, the property is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden full of colors and scents, with panoramic terraces perfect for outdoor dining, sunset aperitifs, or simply relaxing while enjoying the sea view.

Unreal Villa. The pictures are amazing and still don’t do it justice. There are tennis courts nearby and Porto Rafael is so cute. So many things to see and do nearby. Close to all the supermarkets if you need them.

Haus als solches ist spektakulär und einzigartig. Wurde, wie wir hörten, 1965 als 3. Haus in Porto Rafael gebaut. Die Fotos sind sehr realitätsnah (nicht der Gartenzustand). Lage und Ausblick sind topp und die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich gut. Allerdings im Detail viele Mängel...
A.G. Beschreibung in jeder Hinsicht top-gepflegtes Anwesen u. Betreuung erwartet. Aber Enttäuschung. Gründe:
- Betreuung v. Ort mäßig, wenig freundlich u. proaktiv
- 2 Schlafzimmer nur von außen/Terrasse zugänglich, nicht erwähnt in Beschreibung
- eines dieser SZ hat keine Dusche, gezeigte Dusche im...
