Built in 2021, “Ferienhaus Ökohaus-Spaden” in Schiffdorf-Spaden, right by the maritime city of Bremerhaven, is ideal for a relaxing family holiday for 2 adults and 2 children.
An extra guest can sleep on the living room sofa bed. A cot and high chair can be provided. The 58 m² holiday home has a living/dining room with a table seating 4–6 and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and electric grill.
There is a bedroom with a double bed and oversized, fluffy duvets, a children's room with bunk beds (1.80 m long) and a bathroom with a large shower.
The living/dining room has a pull-out sofa bed. The highlight is the large, private, fenced garden with two terraces: one covered, with a table and six chairs, the other with two sun loungers.
The house is Bed+Bike certified.
A lockable storage room with a socket for e-bikes, cycling maps and a repair kit are available. Start your day with breakfast outdoors before exploring Bremerhaven's harbours and maritime museums.
A bus stop is a few minutes' walk away.
Free parking is available in the carport and on the driveway. Pets are not allowed.
The person booking must be at least 18. The property has a step-free interior with wide doorways and can only be rented to holidaymakers.
