The vacation home "Amazing Duplex - 30m from the beach" is located in San Juan de los Terreros, only 2 minutes walk from the beach of the quiet, shallow bay. The 188 m² vacation home with side sea view from the master bedroom on the 1st floor has a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in every room, a washing machine, and a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts.
The child-friendly accommodation also provides you with a child's high chair.
All windows come with mosquito netting. In your private outdoor area you will find a balcony, a patio and a covered terrace with comfortable seating.
Here you can spend pleasant hours with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
There are also 3 sun loungers and 2 parasols. Due to the central location, you can reach a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars as well as shopping facilities in less than 10 minutes on foot.
A larger supermarket is just a 6-minute walk from the accommodation (500 m). In the north of San Juan de los Terreros you will find many beaches along the coast.
You can reach them after 2-6 km (4-9 minutes by car). A free garage for small cars is available. One pet is allowed up to max 20 kg for an extra charge.

La maison était très confortable a part la terrasse qui est trop petite et qui mériterais de nouveau meubles plus adaptés . La proximité avec la mer était super.
Il y avait pas mal de choses qui était abîmées au niveau électrique
