A completely renovated former oil-press house in the centre of the Algarve, the elegant country house "Casa Linear" is situated in a small, quiet village with sea views and is ideal for a relaxing holiday in complete privacy.

Typical Portuguese tiles, wooden ceiling and stone sinks give an authentic character complemented by retro furniture and a contemporary touch.

The 100 m² villa has 2 separate bedrooms with queen size beds as well as 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, a mezzanine living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room.

Additional facilities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), fans, an outdoor shower and private parking.

The private outdoor area invites you to relax with its many sitting areas in the lush garden and shaded terrace with views.

Here you can start the day with a breakfast of local produce or spend the evening with a glass of wine while admiring the mountains and the sea.

Casa Linear is located in a quiet village, 7 km from the town of Loulé. In this historic town you will find pleasant streets with shops, restaurants, craftsmen and the daily fresh produce market.

The nearest beaches are Falesia (17km) with its ochre cliffs and Ancão (19km) with its tongue of white sand. The spectacular bays of Albufeira are only 22km away.

A 30 minute drive away is the protected nature reserve of Ria Formosa, a wild lagoon with heavenly islands that you can reach by taxi boat from Faro or Olhão. This area is also ideal for hiking, animal watching, cycling and water sports.

Faro airport is a 22-minute drive (24 km) from Casa Linear.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

There is no air-conditioning but the thick walls of this old house are enough to keep it cool even in summer.
