The 75 m² villa consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning (in the living room), a washing machine, 2 fans as well as a TV. Crib and high chair available (with bed linen available as well). Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The pool is situated above the house in an enclosed (railings) and private area.
The pool is not shared and to your exclusive use. From here you can overlook the stunning mountain panorama. Please, note that of the last 600 m of road before reaching the house, 200 are unpaved. In Cútar (1,5 km) you will find a bar and a pharmacy. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 5.65 km. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 5.71 km. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 1.90 km. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 5.65 km. Walking/driving distance to coastline & beach: 22 km Playa de Chilches. Free parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed upon request. In case any assistance is needed, the owner lives close to the property. Parties allowed just under request and with a higher deposit. Please check with the homeowner.

Bedre bomulds sengetøj og et sæt mere og så få lavet lys i lamperne og få gjort ordentlig rent skabe lugtede frygteligt og få smidt alt det gamle krydderi ud og få toilet brædt skruet fast samt toilet aircon service den virkede ik og lugtede grimt

What an absolute gem of a place. My family of 4, two adults and two kids (ages 4 and 2) had an amazing stay with Antonio. The views were stunning, the house and location were nice and quiet and the swimming pool was the highlight of our trip. Would 10/10 recommend.
