Boasting a beautiful view of the sea, the villa "Luxury Xenofilia Vll" is located in Moraira.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, 3 TVs with DVD players, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
Furthermore, a table tennis table is available on the property.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a fenced pool, a garden, a children's pool, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower.
During the winter months, the pool can be heated upon request and for a fee. There is a parking space on the property and additional free parking is available on the street. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee. The accommodation is wheelchair accessible and adapted. Although electricity charge is fixed per night, the Host reserves the right to charge the total amount of the total usage at the end of the stay after verifying the billing of the stay. - Beach/pool towels Payment 4,00 € per person Heated pool: 11 × 5.5 m, 1.8 m deep.

Wir hatten mit zwei Familien einen guten Aufenthalt in der Villa mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und guter Ausstattung.
Der Pool ist perfekt für jedes Alter.
Leider kam der Poolboy immer, wenn wir gerade in den Pool wollten und mussten dann wegen der Chemikalien 1 Stunde aus dem Wasser bleiben.
