Families have access to 2 high chairs, 1 cot and beach towels. Enjoy the private garden with mountain views and the terraces overlooking the tropical garden: 1 covered terrace, 3 open terraces and 2 balconies.
The private outdoor saltwater pool measures 8 × 4 metres and can be heated.
There is also an outdoor shower, a private barbecue and a shared playground. You will have access to 3 shared parking spaces on the property and street parking.
Events are not allowed and, as this is a residential area, please respect the neighbours.
The minimum booking age is 25. The villa is in a quiet area near the beaches, just a 10-minute walk from Gran Parque de Mijas.
A 5-minute walk takes you to the communal area with a 25-metre pool open from May to October, a fenced children's pool, a play area, a tennis court, 3 restaurants and a small supermarket.
There is also a tennis court a 15-minute walk away.

Helt fantastisk hus, som er svært godt for flere familier i samme hus pga egne bad og avdelinger. Nydelig basseng med saltvann. Alt av utstyr og fasiliteter.
Eneste tingen å utsette, er at huset ikke ligger i gangavstand til et sentrum. Men det var helt å forvente mtp. Opplysningene i annonsen, og det gikk helt fint med leiebil.
Fantastiskt hus, modernt, mycket fräscht precis som på bilderna.
