- The pedestrian access doors at the entrance must remain closed all day.
- The beach access gate must be closed at 24:00 hrs.
This lovely 3-bedroom apartment (sleeps up to 8 guests) is located on the frontline beach of Marbesa, Marbella and is part of a small complex called Club Playa Real. Privately owned, our guests are permitted to use for a small fee all the on-site facilities of the aparthotel Heritage Resorts Club Playa Real (including the indoor pool, fitness room, sauna and jacuzzi: (please check opening hours and availability directly with the hotel as the availability is not guaranteed) as well as private parking for one car. There is also an outside pool open all year round (unsupervised during the winter months).
There are 3 double bedrooms each sleeping 2 guests. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable super king-sized bed, ceiling fan, individual aircon, ensuite bathroom and sliding doors to its own private balcony is looking directly out to the sea. The second bedroom with has 2 single beds, individual aircon, flat screen TV, fitted wardrobes and swimming pools views. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, celling fan, chest drawer and a working desk.
The new, open plan kitchen has a modern cooking island with beautiful sea views and comfortable seating for eating. The kitchen has an induction plate with integrated hob, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, integrated oven/ microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster and a kettle.
The living room has a comfortable L-shaped sofa seating (converts to a sofa bed for 2 persons), modern furniture, individual aircon, celling fan and a flat screen TV. High speed Wi-Fi (Fibre) is available throughout the apartment free of charge. The living room opens onto the outdoor terrace, and it is from here that you have one of the most stunning views directly to the beach and Mediterranean Sea. A extendable table and 6 chairs are provided for alfresco dining or just enjoying a chilled glass of cava whilst watching the truly spectacular sunset. A baby crib and a highchair are available upon request for a small fee.
From mid-June to mid-September the swimming pool bar is open in the main urbanisation area. The “El Papillon” Beach Restaurant and Bar, where live music is played occasionally, is located next to the property and within 5 minutes’ walk you will find a wide choice of beach bars (Chiringuitos) and a small supermarket. The popular centre of Elviria is an easy 20 minutes’ walk and the closest Golf course (Santa Maria Golf Club Marbella) is a 7 min drive (2.6 km) from the property. For those who prefer not to hire a car, the bus stop for the regular Marbella-Fuengirola service is just 10 minutes’ walk away, as is the world-famous Nikki Beach at the Don Carlos hotel. Our Property Manager will meet you personally at the apartment to show you around and give you the keys. We will provide our guests with information about the local area and suggestions to excursions, bars and restaurants. During your stay, the Property Manager is on hand to assist with anything that you might need during your stay.
