The flat is located on the first floor and is accessible without steps and also with a lift. Your private outdoor area includes a balcony with a spectacular mountain view.

A shared outdoor area, consisting of garden furniture, is also available for your use. The flat is just 2 to 5 minutes (approx. 700m) from the nearest restaurant, cafe, bar, supermarket and bakery.

The nearest ski lifts (Seceda and Rasciesa) are 300m away and within walking distance.

Ski slope is 150m away from the accommodation.

Bolzano is a 45-minute drive (36 km) away.

The Annatal (Anna valley) is in the immediate vicinity and is very popular among our guests. Free parking is available in a garage. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. A baby bed is available for an extra fee. This is a non-smoking apartment. Do not enter the apartment with ski boots. The property has step-free access and interior. An elevator is available in the building. The towels are changed once a week. The homeowner asks guests not to enter the apartment wearing ski shoes.
