Cozy 50 sqm two-room apartment on the ground floor, tastefully furnished and located in a quiet area of Tignale, just a short walk from the center, shops, and supermarkets.
The apartment features a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped induction kitchenette (fridge, freezer, cookware, espresso/American coffee machine, and toaster), a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, covered veranda, and a large private fenced garden of about 200 sqm—perfect for the safety of your dogs (who are welcome). Additional amenities include LED satellite TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, safe, clothes rack, and private barbecue.
The property is part of a complex of only 4 apartments with private parking, shared washing machine, and a large garden with a 7x4 m pool.
