This beachfront villa is located in the residential area of Carib Playa, just a 2-minute walk from the white sandy beach.
The protected natural area of Las Dunas de Artola borders the spacious backyard, allowing direct access from the garden to the beach without crossing any roads. The villa features a large private garden with a pool, perfect for children to play and enjoy the outdoors. Inside, the ground floor offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a spacious dining area with access to the terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen with laundry room.
Upstairs, you'll find a fourth bedroom, a bathroom, an open dressing room and lounge, plus a smaller terrace. Nearby, there is a small supermarket and several beachfront restaurants within walking distance.
In just 10 minutes by car, you can reach the heart of Marbella, with its charming old town, a long promenade, and many restaurants and bars.
Puerto Banús is also only a 15-minute drive away. For larger shopping trips, a shopping center at the Ojen exit before Marbella offers a supermarket, fashion boutiques, restaurants, a cinema, and a bowling alley. The area offers many activities, such as water parks in Mijas Costa and Torremolinos, marine and wildlife parks in Benalmadena and Estepona, and treetop adventures at a nearby adventure park in Elviria. Please note that we do not accept single parties or young groups; our goal is to create a peaceful and relaxing environment.

Heerlijk huis met veel ruimte en privacy. Grote keuken met dubbele vaatwasser en dubbele koelkast, wat ideaal is met een groot gezelschap. Royale tuin met genoeg zit en lig gelegenheid. Enige minpunt was het zwembad, waar kinderen en volwassenen niet in konden staan. Dat beperkte het spelen met de kinderen. Verder de communicatie met de mensen en de wifi waren prima.

We had a great 1 week family holiday at Carib Playa. The villa has recently been modernised significantly and they have plans to finalise the last 2 bedrooms and shared downstairs bathroom, so will only get better. We wanted a chilled week and the pool and surrounding areas were perfect for that, bu...
