A shared outdoor area, consisting of garden furniture, is also available for your use. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 201m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 257m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 379m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 445m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bakery: 399m. Walking/driving distance to lake: 1.92km Lauter See. Walking/driving distance to airport: 36.4km Innsbruck. Walking/driving distance to nearest ski lift: 400m Kranzberg. The ski resort Seefeld in Tirol is also only 17km away. The center of Mittenwald with restaurants, stores and the historic church is only 200m from the accommodation. The violin making museum is also only 400m away.
Mittenwald train station is within 9 minutes walking distance (15 minutes to Garmisch Partenkirchen with Werdenfelsbahn). A mountain hiking trail starts right at the accommodation. Free parking is available on the property (one spot). Smoking is not allowed. A bike storage is available. Ein toller Blick vom Balkon auf den Ort Mittenwald und vor der Haustür geht ein Wanderweg direkt in die schöne Umgebung. Außerdem eine einfache und kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe. Ein Hausmeister ist als Ansprechpartner vor Ort.
Der Weg zum Haus war für unsere Verhältnisse recht steil. Ältere oder gehbehinderte Menschen könnten hier Schwierigkeiten haben.

Gute Lage ,telefonisch guter Kontakt zu den Gastgebern.
Manchmal wünschte man sich schon ein bisschen mehr Kontakt zu den Gastgebern.Die einen dann auch mal Ausflugstipps geben könnten . Im Netz suchen oder aus
den Broschüren ist auch nicht immer das Wahre...
