Casa Sunshine is located in the highly sought after urbanisation Costabella, El Rosario, East Marbella at
less than 2 minutes walk from the beach.
This lovely four bedroom holiday home has a private garden and terraces, and there is a large
communal pool.
Let’s go to the beach! Or the pool? No need to choose, those who want to, can have
a nice swim in the communal pool and others might prefer to walk to the beach, lay back and have a
nice drink at the chiringuito.

With four bedrooms the townhouse has enough space for a large family or a group of friends, and
there is enough to do for everyone. There are many restaurants on the beach just below the house.f
It is very close to the sea, but you’ll also find shops and restaurants at walking distance.

In El Rosario, not far from the house, you will find, for example, Mama’s bakery Lunch & Chill, a very nice bakery and lunchroom where you can buy all sorts of fresh baked bread and pastry.
There are so many things to do only a short drive away. Climb high in the trees at Amazonia Elviria,
have fun at Tivoli Benalmadena or one of the waterparks, go shopping at La Cañada or enjoy a day
out in Marbella or Puerto Banus. All within a short drive. An ideal place for an unforgettable holiday
for everyone.
There are many golf clubs nearby. From the house is it 1 km to Marbella golf club and the St. Clara
Golf Club. It is about 3 km to Rio Real and Santa Maria Golf Club.
Marbella Royal Tennis Club is within walking distance. Where there is access to the coach for both
beginners and better players. There is also a gym, chiropractor and massage. Don Carlos Tennis Club
in Elviria is 3 km away.
The mountains in Andalusia offer natural scenery and mountain walks. Above Marbella, there are hiking
trails.
Inland there are old towns that are interesting to visit, such as Ronda, Mijas and Granada. Nearby
Granada is Sierra Nevada, offering skiing just 2.5 hours from the house.
