Located in the charming and peaceful hamlet of Bosco, in Casanova Lerrone, the Mansarda Albero Verde apartment awaits you for a rejuvenating holiday.
Surrounded by the green Ligurian hills, it offers a splendid and relaxing panoramic view of the mountains. This elegant 100 m² attic can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
The bright and welcoming interiors include a living room perfect for relaxing, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 comfortable bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a practical sofa bed for two), and 2 full bathrooms. Air conditioning is available only in the living room and hallway, efficiently cooling the living area and common spaces.
High-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for video calls and remote work). Washing machine, TV, books, and children’s toys are provided.
Towels and bed linen are included.
Secure storage for motorcycles and bicycles is available. Enjoy a private open terrace, perfect for sunbathing in total privacy.
Guests also have free access to a large shared outdoor area with a communal pool (open May–September) and a lush garden with outdoor furniture and an outdoor shower. Restaurant 1.7 km away (1–2 minutes by car). Bar and minimarket 3.8 km (5 minutes by car). The sea and Albenga’s beaches are only 17 km (20 minutes by car). The owners live on the ground floor in a fully independent apartment and are available for any needs.

Wir durften zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbringen. Gemeinsam mit unseren 3 Kindern haben wir uns von Beginn an wohl und willkommen gefühlt.
Insbesondere die Gastfreundschaft, der Pool und die ruhige und schöne Lage waren einfach herausragend.

Tolle Wohnung, gut geschnitten mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bäder (1x Dusche, 1x Badewanne), Waschmaschine, großem Wohn-/ Essbereich und kleinem Balkon. Klimaanlage im Wohn-/ Esszimmer und Flur, ausreichend für die ganze Wohnung.

Die Wohnung hat keine Spülmaschine, wir wussten es zwar, ist bei 5-6 Personen trotzdem schade.
Das WLAN kam mit 5 Personen fast an seine Grenze, jedoch ist der "freie" Empfang über das Netz gut abgedeckt (weitverbr. 5G).
Es gibt irre viele Stechmücken, wir sahen die ersten Tage aus wie Streuselkuc...
