Residenza La Marina is located in a small apartment complex in Isola Rossa, a charming fishing village along the enchanting Costa Rossa (so called because of the colour of its rock formations), just 200 m. (2 minutes' walk) from the wide Longa Beach and 900 m. (10 minutes on foot) from Marinedda, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia.
Li Feruli beach can be reached after a 10-minute drive (6 km) and the Aquafantasy water park is a 5-minute drive (3 km) away.
The 41 sqm flat is on the ground floor (street level) and consists of a cosy living/dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two persons, a double bedroom and a bathroom with window, thus being able to accommodate up to four adults.
Facilities also include air conditioning, heating, washing machine, TV, a range of small and convenient appliances, as well as a baby cot, available free of charge, making the house suitable for families with children.
A private covered parking space is available free of charge in the basement of the residence.
On the front of the flat, there is a spacious covered veranda with sea view, bordered by a characteristic wall made of local stone, with entrance gate, on which you can enjoy meals and relax, enjoying the sea breeze.
The historic centre of Isola Rossa, which can be reached quickly on foot along the scenic seafront, is full of typical restaurants, lounge bars, bistros, wine bars and anything else you might need to spend a pleasant hour enjoying select drinks, good food and entertainment.
The promenade along the seafront, which, especially in the evening, comes alive with a sober and unobtrusive nightlife, leads to the picturesque marina, equipped with all the services and facilities necessary for unforgettable boat trips along the varied coastline and for diving in the beautiful surrounding seabed.
At 200 metres from the house there is a modern supermarket where you can do your grocery shopping and purchases of all kinds, as well as in the numerous shops and mini-markets in the village, all within easy walking distance in a few minutes.
