The 120 m² home was refurbished in 2022 and has plenty of natural light. The home consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (both of them ensuite) and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The home also features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine and cable TV. Children are allowed and a high chair is also available and children's books and toys are provided.
The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a private garden, a covered terrace and a barbecue. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a children's pool and a playground is also available for your use.
The Prainha resort is located a short distance from the fishing village of Alvor, known for its grilled fish restaurants and the estuary of the same name. The home is located within 400 meters by foot to three beaches: Caniço, Três Irmãos and Alvor. The resort has swimming pools (one of them oceanic) as well as football, tennis and basketball fields, and a supermarket, restaurant and other facilities.
Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Youth groups are not allowed.
