Located in Cala Ginepro, not far from the famous San Teodoro, Sa Villa Cala Ginepro welcomes you in the stunning setting of the Tavolara and Molara Marine Protected Area, surrounded by peace and tranquility.
The 100 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 double bedrooms furnished in typical Sardinian style, and 2 private bathrooms with showers, comfortably accommodating 4 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine, and a TV. Bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival, but there is no change during your stay (a washing machine is available for your use). Personal hygiene products are not supplied; we recommend bringing your own. Air conditioning throughout the house and heating are available for an extra fee. Das Haus hat Charme, der Ausblick ist super schön und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief richtig gut.
