The garden, lounge and pool are shared. The studio includes a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed and a full bathroom.
The separate suite has its own entrance, a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and an additional toilet. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV in the studio and a smart TV with streaming services in the suite.
Three cots and a high chair are available on request. Outside, you can enjoy a shared garden, saltwater pool, open and covered terraces, an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue, with access through an automatic gate. The property is about 10 minutes from a river beach and just over 15 minutes from the coastal beaches.
A visit to the Temple of Santa Luzia in Viana do Castelo is recommended. There are 2 parking spaces on the property and free street parking.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are allowed (maximum 2 per stay), but must stay off beds and sofas. Stag and hen parties, birthday parties and any other events or parties are not allowed.
The property is in a residential area, so outdoor noise is not permitted at night. Special situations, such as very late arrivals or lost keys, may incur service charges.

La tranquilidad de la urbanización por las noches. La piscina, genial.
De la finca, ninguna queja. Lo único el acceso, las calles del pueblo son estrechas y enrevesadas, pero hay muy poco tráfico.
