A very bright flat with a spectacular view, recently renovated in Vinigo, a small village in the heart of the Dolomites about 20 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. Comfortable for groups of up to 8 people, it is an excellent option for families.
The flat is located on the second floor of a typical Cadore house. The entrance leads to the living area, which comprises a kitchen with a large dining area and a living room with a view of the Pelmo and Antelao mountains. The sleeping area consists of a large double bedroom and two twin bedrooms with bunk beds. In the living room, if necessary, the sofa bed can be used as a second double bed. The bathroom with shower is equipped with all the necessary accessories for maximum comfort and the laundry room has a convenient ironing and drying area. In the corridor there is a relaxation area with a reading corner that opens onto a small terrace with a view of the Antelao, an ideal space for a summer breakfast or an aperitif at the end of the day.
The second small terrace overlooks the Vinigo hill, has a splendid view of Monte Rite and, given its southern exposure, is the ideal space for sunbathing on summer days. Parking for 2 cars is in the courtyard in front of the house.
