L'emplacement central
Le manque de confort dû en partie à
- L'équipement bas de gamme et à la propreté douteuse (oreillers informes et sales, sans housse sous les taies...)
- L'absence d'évier dans ce qui est considéré comme une cuisine. Qui oblige à faire la vaisselle dans le lavabo à côté des toilettes !

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und sie hat zügig geantwortet.
An der Wohnungsausstattung sind einige Punkte verbesserungsfähig:
- im Bad (ohne Fenster) geht die Lüftung nicht
- anderer Duschvorhang/Vorrichtung (beim duschen hat man den ganzen Vorhang in der Duschwanne liegen und das Wasser kann raus laufen)
- Stockflecken an der Duschwanne
