In the charming village of Vertheuil, in the heart of the Médoc vineyards, this cosy cottage is the perfect base for exploring the Médoc and enjoying a peaceful, relaxing break.
With private access, parking, a covered terrace, a new queen-size bed, sauna, hot tub and fully equipped kitchen area, it is ideal for a couple. The cottage is ideally located in the Médoc Natural Park, between the estuary ports and the ocean, in a quiet, restful setting: - 30 minutes from the Atlantic beaches (Montalivet, Plage des Pins); - 20 minutes from Lake Hourtin and its leisure centre (water sports, walking, cycling and horse riding); - 10 minutes from the estuary ports, Saint-Estèphe and Pauillac; - 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1 hour from the bay and 45 minutes from Le Verdon-sur-Mer. The accommodation is in the heart of Vertheuil, one of the prettiest villages in the Médoc. You will find a café-restaurant with a terrace overlooking the grounds of the 12th-century abbey, a bakery, a takeaway pizzeria, an ecomuseum and many nearby wine estates. To help you plan your stay, we can recommend restaurants, places to visit and leisure activities in the region through the booking site's messaging service. During the low season, from October to April, you can arrange a slightly later check-out by letting us know in advance.

Un seul toilette dans le gite principal et dans une salle de bain. Heureusement que nous avions le petit gite en plus.

Die sehr gute Ausstattung, die bis ins Detail stimmig war, z.B. SpülmaschinenTabs, scharfe Messer für verschiedene Zwecke.
Die Kommunikation sowohl von Holidu (Emails nicht oder unzureichend beantwortet; Hotline -Mitarbeiter nicht kompetent)
als auch des Host Maryline (keinerlei Kontakt, Anfrage nicht beantwortet)
war sehr unbefriedigend. So erzeugt man keine Gästezufriedenheit.
