We kindly ask you to always close these windows when leaving the apartment to prevent moisture from entering during heavy rain.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett
Renovierungsrückstau es regnet durchs Dach in der Küche. Es könnte sauberer sein.
Für Gäste mit Hund: Spazierengehen ist nur auf der Hauptstraße möglich (kein Fußweg vorhanden)
Leider war die Wohnung nicht gereinigt.

Keine Reinigung vor Bezug erfolgt. Praktisch keine Kommunikation nach feststellen der Mängel. Rückerstattung der Reinigungsgebühren steht bis jetzt aus.

Das Haus ist 7 km von Grömitz entfernt, nur Wiese drum herum. Alles sehr ungepflegt und die Ferienwohnung war dreckig.
