The 114 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms as well as a washing machine. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with an organic orange plantation and garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue. The nearest restaurant is 1.5 km away and there is a supermarket 2.2 km away.
Nearby attractions include the beach (32 km), the Natural Park Trail (7 km) and Gibraltar (55 km). 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Airport and train station pick-up are available. European wine tastings can be booked upon request. Please note: The finca has two independent houses.

Die Erwartungen wurden vollständig erfüllt. Das Vermieter Ehepaar war äußerst hilfsbereit, auch in besonderen Situationen. Es war ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
Ein sehr schönes Gästehaus ,der perfekte Platz zum Ausspannen.
