The ground floor consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person and a fully-equipped kitchen. The upper floor contains 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and the property can, therefore, accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, heating as well as a fan.
Le Balze provides 3 bedroom, a bathroom with shower, living room and TV set.
Air conditioning is not available - the walls of the property are thick which helps to keep the property nice and cool in the summer months.
Outdoors
Your private outdoor area includes a garden and a barbecue.
The kitchen is fully equipped; the garden is comfortably set and features barbecue facilities.
House & grounds
Le Balze is a cosy, comfortable residence situated in the centre of the charming medieval village of Castelfranco di Sopra whose architecture was designed by Arnolfo di Cambio, the most important architect of the Middle Ages.
Please note that parts of the structure (the staircase leading to the upper floor) are shared.
Location & surroundings
The holiday home "Le Balze" is located in Castelfranco di Sopra and impresses guests with its view of the mountain.
Surrounded by the stunning beauty of a wild scenary, which according to many scholars seems to have been the inspiration for the landscapes of Leonardo da Vinci, Castelfranco di Sopra is conveniently located in reasonable distance from many of the highlights of Tuscany. Florence is less than 50 kms away; Siena and San Gimignano are just about an hour distant and Arezzo is only 44 kms away. The Mall Luxury Outlet is only 18 kms away.
We can provide contacts with expert, multilingual local guides.
