Description: characteristic of the house is a lively multicoloured decor, with 2 rooms with double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds, possibility of the 7th bed in the single sofa bed in the living room, small dining and living room, separate kitchen, complete with all accessories and functional equipment; two bathrooms, air conditioning with two heat pumps in two areas of the house, ceiling fans in 3 rooms + kitchen, TV, radio, Wi-Fi. Animals are welcome as the property is fenced and has a large, equally fenced courtyard.

Outside, it has many spaces where you can relax, dine and enjoy the spectacular sunsets: on the front of the house overlooking the sea, a spacious covered loggia, a porch with wisteria, flowers and oleanders everywhere, an exclusive swimming pool with solarium and refreshment areas. At the back an area equipped for food and wine pleasure with a wall grill and continuous vertical wood-fired oven for roasts and pizza, all with a large "Art" table for private socialising with up to 14 seats.

The beach, 400 metres away, can be reached either on foot in ten minutes or by the shuttle bus - which stops in front of the villa's gate - that connects the centre of Capoliveri (about 2 km from Villa Oliveta) with the beach. Naturally, the beach is also accessible by its own means. There is the possibility of direct access to the sea either on the road - where the entrance gate is - or through a "servitude" path that, starting from the bottom of the property, passes through a grove.
