Located in the hamlet of Clairac, just 5 minutes from the village of Herepian and 15 minutes from the Lamalou-les-Bains spa resort, the holiday home "Maison De Village" offers everything you need for a peaceful stay with family or friends.
The 800 m² fenced, illuminated, and tree-lined grounds let your pet enjoy the outdoors safely.
On the property, you’ll find a traditional 7 x 4 m swimming pool with sun loungers. This stone house spans 3 floors and features two living rooms (one with a sofa bed for 2), a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to 6 guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and a selection of children’s books and toys.
The private outdoor area is furnished with a pool, garden, open-air terrace, and barbecue.
A covered terrace is also available. Nearby, discover the Caroux-Espinouse nature reserve (13 km), Lake Salagou (35 km), and Béziers arena (41 km). Four parking spaces are available on the property.
Families with children are welcome.
One pet is allowed for an extra charge.
Beach and pool towels are provided, and beds are made on arrival.

We hadden 7 nachten geboekt. Toen we bijna in frankrijk waren, kregen we bericht:
Dubbele boeking. We werden (tegen onze zin in) in een hotel gedumpt. 24 uur wachten.
Van de 7 nachten, dus al 1 nacht weg. Volgende dag konden we pas na 1500 uur komen. Eenmaal daar, kregen we bericht: het zwembad kan...

De rust en de locatie. Mooi proper aangelegd zwembad.
De draad stuk aan de onderzijde op verschillende plaatsen . Boven aan de haag geen draad met als gevolg hond weg en zoeken geblazen. Paniek alom !!!! Enkele houten traptreden los , een paar rotte plekken in het hout van het terras.
