Das Haus hat 2 Klimaanlagen und Ventilatoren, überwiegend elektrische Rolläden, eine Tischtennisplatte (alt und verbogen) war auch vorhanden. Der Pool ist angenehm groß und sauber und mit netten Nachbarn oder allein nutzbar.
Das Haus und seine Einrichtungen (z. B. Gefrierschrank) ist an einigen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig. Es gab nur 3 Liegen und zwei Auflagen für das 8-Personen-Haus. Die Couch war gebrochen und der etwas muffige Geruch wurde mit Räucherstäbchen kompensiert. Verkalkter Wasserkocher wurde sofort ersetz...
