A casa é espaçosa e confortável. O terraço muito agradável para fazer refeições, e a 3 passos da pisicina. Perfeito para quem viaja com crianças. O empreendimento é pequeno pelo que as zonas comuns nunca estão cheias. É um espaço bastante familiar. Está a 10 minutos a pé da praia de São Rafael.
Falta um barbecue.
