Located in Montepulciano, the traditional farmhouse apartment 'Il Greppo - Appartamento Sangiovese' has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The 60 m² property consists of a living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include air conditioning.
A baby cot is also available for a fee. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden and a barbecue, is also available for your use.
The pool is open from mid-May to 15 September and the opening times are 9 am - 7 pm. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Wi-Fi is not available. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed (fees apply).
Pets are not admitted to the pool area.
Pets are allowed in the restaurant (mandatory use of muzzle).
Check-in/out after hours will have a fee. Breakfast is available upon request. This farmhouse produces organic wine.
Guests are invited to try our restaurant that offers a traditional Tuscan menu. An additional change of linen is available for a fee.

Dejlig pool et virkeligt smukt sted
Lidt flere stegeredskaber. Lidt bedre rengøring i udeområdet ved ankomsten. Gerne mageligere udemøbler eller evt puder
