The traditional farmhouse apartment 'Il Greppo - Appartamento Greppino' is located in Montepulciano and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as air conditioning. A baby cot is also available for a fee.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a garden and a barbecue. The pool is open from mid-May to 15 September and the opening times are 9 am - 7 pm.
2 parking spaces are available on the property.
A maximum of 1 pet is allowed (fees apply). Pets are not admitted to the pool area. Pets are allowed in the restaurant (mandatory use of muzzle). Checkin/out after hours will have a fee.
Breakfast is available upon request.
This farmhouse produces organic wine. Guests are invited to try our restaurant which offers a traditional Tuscan menu.
An additional change of linen is available for a fee. Pet cleaning is offered at an additional fee.
