The 150 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
Among the on-site amenities are Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a fan, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The country house boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, a furnished open terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. The hosts recommend visiting Casa Concos restaurant as well as dining venues in Santanyí and Portocolom. 6 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Beach/pool towels are provided. 4 bikes are provided. Farm animals as well as cats and dogs live in a separate area on the premises and are fed by the host 1-2 times per day.
