Lovely bungalow in the best area of Gran Alacant. The house has three levels: - The first floor has a living/dining room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen with all utensils and appliances (washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.), a toilet and a wonderful terrace for enjoying the area's fine weather. - The second floor has three bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with two beds and the last with another double bed) and a full bathroom. - The top level is a sun terrace with a barbecue, where you can enjoy a meal with family or friends. The house has all the comforts to make your stay exceptional.

Bed linen (clean sheets), towels and tablecloths are provided, along with an iron and a hairdryer. The location is perfect: just 300 metres from the Blue Flag beach and 10 minutes from Alicante Airport.

A restaurant area is also very close by. There are small shops nearby, and you can take a tourist train or a local bus to a shopping centre with supermarkets. Opposite is the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, ideal for hiking and cycling. Leisure options: shopping centre, small shops, restaurants, pubs, café, internet café, theatre, cinema, water park, amusement park, harbour, museum, church, park, market and seafront promenade.
