Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und auch hundelieb. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll ausgestaltet und sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Hof und das Gärtchen sind offen für alle und man kann sich schön dort aufhalten.
Die Lage an der Straße stört etwas beim Schlafen. Die Fenster sind allerdings gut isoliert und tagsüber ist man sowieso meistens in der schönen Umgebung unterwegs.
