Fully renovated house with a private garden, set in the countryside on a 10-hectare organic farm growing cereals and vegetables.

The house has 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed for 2. Sleeps up to 8 guests. Enjoy a pool shared with two other holiday cottages and a studio, open from early April to late October, weather permitting.

It is accessible 24/7! There are also children's play facilities (table tennis, trampoline, slide, swing, etc.) and a large barbecue. For fishing or swimming, the Hérault River is 500 m away.

Lake Salagou, 10 km away, offers wonderful hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as water sports (swimming, sailing, windsurfing, etc.). The beach and all its activities are 40 km away. The house is 9 km from Clermont-l'Hérault, 13 km from Pézenas, 40 km from Béziers and 45 km from Montpellier.
