Beautiful rustic-style villa with private pool.
For your comfort, we recommend having a car, as the property is located on an elevated area, offering stunning views and a peaceful setting, just 5 minutes by car from the beach. There are stairs to access the house (like a first floor), then the entire house is on one level.
It features 3 bedrooms (4 double beds), a living room with TV, Wi-Fi, terrace, pool, and a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker), one bathroom and a guest toilet.
The terrace with barbecue offers fantastic sea views.
Private garage.
Air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom. House rules: No parties allowed.
Pets permitted with prior approval. Nearby points of interest include beaches like Pozuelo, Tesorillo, and Calabajío, Parque del Mediterráneo, Marina del Este (marina), Almuñécar Aquarium, San Miguel Castle, Old Town, Salazones Ruins, El Majuelo Botanical Park, Ornithological Park, Acuatropico Water Park, and theater. Other nearby places: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops 5 minutes away.
Granada and the Alhambra 45 minutes, Nerja 15 minutes, Málaga and airport 55 minutes.
